Hi Bob-
I used to get a catalog from a restoration company. It was called "old House Journal" or "the Restorers"-something or other. Perhaps they have a 1-800 number? In my bathroom, I got some of that wallpaper that is paintable, it is embossed to look like tin. I got it at Kmart, cheap, & it looks great!

Hey Bob, I went to www.google.com typed in tin ceilings and Walla, came up with alot of things from installers to manufacturers. Even at www.remodelingweb.com they had a profile on Brian Greer who sells reproduction tin ceilings made in Canada.

Internet huh? who would have thought that Al could have put such a thing together?

Bob, I live just 45 miles from an original mfg of these ceilings. They reopened their doors after a 40 year shutdown and are mfg. all the exact patterns of the old stuff for repair or entire installations from the original dies they had stored away. The factory is in Nevada, MO , but I don't recall the name. If you would like e-mail me and I will do some research for you. I have a friend who just used their stuff to replace some 100 year old panels in his office building. Same exact tiles...Bronzeo

That would be great Jack, My reason for asking is that a Fire Station that I have only dreamed of owning for 5 years is going to be leased out. I went and looked at it the other day but at the extent of the work needed to be done and the asking per month price, it is not going to become my shop any time soon.

Anyway the owner is a local florist who is insistant that the integrity of the building stays in tact. So I figured If I could supply the necessary services and or supplies, I could make some money and help restore a building that is a strong passion of mine.

The station was built in 1892 and is 97% original down to the horse stalls.
