At one time there was a link to information on how to hold a Letterhead Meet. Maybe it was here or some other web stie, now I can't find it.
Can you direct me to some info.

Dave- Have you ever heard the saying..."IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL COME." Get the word out and ask for pre-registration so you know what kind of turnout to expect. Plan plenty of activities. I have been to a couple of meets. One was great and one sucked. I'm traveling from MA to Milwaukee this summer for the big one. I can't wait!!! Rob

Judi Smith (Kents Wife) wrote a great book on "How to Host a Letterhead". It was a huge help to us for planning the Micro Meet. You can contact Judi at 970-352-4288.
It outlines a lot of issues that should be considered when hosting a letterhead of any size.
