I need to find a source where I can purchase white lexan, size 50 1/2 x 84 1/2 inches, for a backlit sign. I prefer lexan over plexiglass since it is near the shore and subject to hich winds, and have had plexi snap in the past. Everywhere I have called so far has nothing over 48-49". It is for an existing frame, from a former "Johnson Outboards" extruded sign. The customer want a flat sign with the new name on it. I have completed all other work for this cust. Need to get this done to complete the deal. Thanks in advance!

There's a material (here at least) called duraplex. Comes in 51" & 75" rolls. I'm not sure of the brand, but email me on monday & I'll check fer ya. Have you considered a flex face? Good luck.

Most ALL distributors stock white polycarbonate (Lexan) in heights of 76" or 100" by whatever length. Just order the length you need based on the height requirement. Sun Supply in Spokane is one I use.
