Looking to invest in a router....What's good bad and ugly...Doing homework on the Gerber Sabre series....any tibits I should know...or what better out there?

There's lots of good equipment out there, and also lots of not so good equipment, so buy with care.

Can't say a thing about MultiCam because I don't know a thing about them.

I can tell you we have been using Gerber Routers for eight years now and the experience is all positive. That is not to say that things don't hiccup now and again, but Gerber really stands behind their hardware, and the routing software is easy to use too. We went from the D200 to the Sabre without even looking at anything else. It is hard to imagine a piece of hardware better than the Sabre. It's a jewel. Vic G
