Best way to charge for them? I have a 2hr min. 65.00 per but this customer is 4 hr. away 1 way. and she doesn't like to pay over $250.00 for sign repairs I do the work on her other shops that are closer to me.like around 45 minutes away.The sign I have to fix is a channel letter. So if neon is out then have 4 hr. trip back to shop! need some GOOD imput! mind you all gas is 1.89 a gal. oh what do I do ?

Can you sub out another shop thats closer? She does'nt LIKE to pay over $250? I don't like paying the plumber, but I have to on occasion. If she's a good customer, I would offer a X% discount for the trip, but in no way would I take it in the shorts. Common sense prevails here.
