This morning as I was in the restroom at the beach near where I live I noticed that the divider panels between the stalls have extruded aluminum brackets that hold them together and fasten them to the wall. As I was wondering why they use one way screws in these - are they afraid someone might decide to dismantle the dividers as they're sitting there? - it occured to me they would be perfect for installing signs between wood posts, or for projecting wall signs. I make my own out of aluminum but these have a nice shape and finish with pre-drilled holes. I wonder if anyone knows where I would start to find a supplier for these.
we buy the screws from MSG. if you call me monday, i will give you their phone number. the driver for them comes with the screws if my memory isn't failing me.... the screws work great! we use them for high concern areas like schools and parks.
have a great one!
