takin vinyl off some magnetics today...my screwup.....wanted to get the glue off..without tearin up the magnetic....so went out in the shop(utility room full a stuff)found a length of nylon window screen, cut a square 4"x4"....got some al-key-haul and poured on the magntic where the glue was still there, wiped the area with the screen and the al-key-haul and wala...glue comes up real easy..no stratches...give it try ..

What happened to good ole Mineral Spirits? Back in the days of cheap bosses. I mean bosses to cheap to buy a vacuum exposure unit. We used 3m77 to hold our film on the screen and burned it in the sun. Then just pryor to washing the screen out we wiped it down real good with mineral spirits. Roger, that stuff wouldn't be 100% spirits would it? Gary H.

Well, I tried it today, Joe. 2001 Mercedes with a stripe the guy didn't like. It worked, but it was hard handling that 3'x4' screen, and I dinged up his paint a bit with the frame.

got some roger...no problem...i was in the house and the stuff you sent me was in the mobile shop truck.....and it wasnt a lot...was inside the house and didnt want ta smell up the place....with anything..
