I charge my normal rate. The insured wants his loss replaced as it was when purchased, which is why he insured it in the first place. If you are sub-contracting to a body shop or some other contractor, you may want to offer him a more wholesale rate, but it is totally up to you.

I charge my normal rate. I have done quite a few repairs for a local body shop lately, all insurance jobs. The prices were already in the insurance quote they had for the repairs. Still made my rate for the jobs. Did a small job for the shop owner himself last week for a substantial discount, he was peased and assured me more jobs would come my way. One hand washes the other

Do like the body shops do....charge for an estimate if one is needed. More important.....make friends with a good body shop...they will handle your spray painting needs...

I'm not a wholesaler, I charge insurance companies top dollar. Repairing graphics are harder then creating them........
