I need a source for large format graphics. Has anyone ever done a full wrap on a 53 ft trailer? Any ideas as to how to price something like this. Also looking for a banner like material that is like cloth for full color print.(10'x25') I'm looking for the best quality I can find. Thanks!!

I've used both Gregory and Ad Graphics. Gregory cost a little bit more, but their service, expertise, and attitude make them worth every penny, IMHO.
As for pricing, I would at least double the cost of the print. That way if you screw up a panel, you're covered. The next is labor. Only you really know how fast you are. I would probably estimate about 30 hours for a bus.
You may want to contact Rob Ivers (www.robivers.com). He's what I would call a better than average expert at this sort of thing.
Good luck on this job. Be sure to post some pics when you're done!
As for the banner, Nichols in Salt Lake City prints on a variety of fabrics including polyesters and banner fabrics. We have purchased e-stat printed flags, and once we purchased a 72" wide piece of printed fabric that we turned into a roll up window shade (interior) using hardware special ordered by a local decorating store.

I have a couple of customers who do exactly what you're asking; notable exception, the cloth print. But for buses and trailers, they're really good. It's based on using our technology (DuraChrome), but one of the really nice thing about it is the dead-on color consistency. If, heaven forbid, you botch a panel, you won't have to reprint the entire job. Just order a single panel, or the part of the panel that's botched. Also, one of them just landed a big fleet job (70+ trucks), going head-to-head with electrostatic, largely due to quality ... and of course price.
