Where were you, when was it, and what were you thinking at the time your foto was taken? heehee!
Mine was taken last November for my passport renewal. I was sitting in the stark room of a photo studio waiting for the photographer to snap that quicky poleroid type shot. I was hoping my hair wasn't out of place, and no food was sticking out of my teeth, and I was getting excited about the cruise we were about to embark upon in another couple weeks. I was wearing the finest paint clothes, and had just left a job partially finished in my shop to get this photo "over with". I zoomed right back and resumed work afterwards hardly missing a beat!
Those of you who don't yet have a photo up, I hope to see your mugs soon. I suppose you can always make up stories for those of us that do have our mugs showing! hahhaaa... uh oh, that could be real fun eh?

My husband took the picture 'just the other day' (I didn't cheat using earlier pictures) in the shop with the digital I won in the registration draw at Mazeppa.
I remembered only after I sent the photo to check if cotton batton was visible sticking out of my ears, as I forgot to take it out (had ear trouble at the time). haha
Did I look too serious? I'll get a smilier one for you some day.
My 'photo' is a live sitting charcoal portrait by local artist Heather MacMurchy. It was intended for a brochure and for my website both of which have been neglected and unfinished due to busy-ness. I thought that because both my brochure and website are heavy with photographs, that it would be a nice touch to have myself pictured artistically.
Happy Signing......Marty

I don't know?! I had my photo taken with Steve & Barb when we had dinner when they were in California, but I was wearing a white shirt. It might have come from a photo in SignCraft, but I was wearing sunglasses in that one. It looks like the two Photoshopped together. Did you do that Steve? What was wrong with my white shirt?

I didn't cheat either ...This pic of me was taken by Shirley about 15 minutes before I e-mailed it to Barb!

Steve Shortreed took my picture in my home while we were sitting at the table eating corn chips. This was almost 2 years ago to the day.
We wanted them to stay the night, but not at our house, because we have 5 kids and there was no room and a lot of comotion.
So I gave them $100 and asked them to get the room with the Hot Tub at the Days Inn just a half a mile away. We could all get our bathing suits on and join in the fun.
Well, Steve wanted to head on up to Chicago to meet with Empy. He tried to refuse the money so I gave it to Barb!
So that paid up my Residency in Letterville for 2 years. I have a couple weeks to go before I get kicked out of town!

I was sitting on the balcony of my parent's condo at Orange Beach, Alabama last summer. My then eleven year old daughter took the picture. I've always preferred being on the other side of the lens.
This was taken April 2001 by my mom at my birthday party. Mike (hubby) was also in the original pic, however that would have zoomed me waaaaay out. (what was I thinking? I blew it!)
Now Linda Silver Eagle, let's hear your version! Your pic was outdated years ago when we just met on chat! LOL

Glad ya asked. First of all, I can be grubbier---but not much. foto was taken by Steve in my shop. I had e-mailed Steve and offered a Sofa-bed to him & Barb on their way to Jimmy's meet last fall. When I didn't here from Steve, I forgot all about it, including any mention of my offer to my wife. Whoa, what a dumb, stupid idiotic thing to do ( I could go on here-but ya get the point) When Steve called on their way home from Jimmy's to say they were 30 minutes away, I wasn't here. Lynn didn't know anything about it nor was she sure who Steve & Barb were. Steve & Barb pulled the big ole camper in 10 minutes after I came in. Lynn & I were still "discussing" my short-comings at the time. It was a bit shaky to say the least. Steve, Barb, & I had a nice visit before they headed up the road to camp for the nite. I apologized to The Mayor & Mayorette, and boy I really apologized to Lynn. what a doofus I can be. All in good fun.

I have no idea where it was taken, but it had to be taken at either Mike LaVallee's meet in Rochester or at Steve Estes meet in Kentucky. That is when Steve and Barb were there too. They supplied the picture and I am pleased with it. Thank you Steve and Barb.Maybe it was at Larry Wahn's in Banff.

She finally got one that was OK I guess.
I was holding an Airbrush but Barb cropped it out... NO big problem! I still look as stunned as I do in real life!!!! Or I could have told you all that I borrowed it from the "Cop Shop Line Up!"

I was sitting in my garden last summer having a bar-b-q with a few friends over from England, in fact they were truck drivers over here on some tour, trucks parked up on the farm here.
As I am now tired of our long winter....I look forward to more warm long evenings when the sun hardly sets....something special about this part of the world.
Here are a couple of others that I sent Steve and Barb....one is of me and my daughter Josefina who turns 9 next month.
They were also taken last summer....so i guess the only difference is a few more grey hairs but then I am getting used to them these days.....my young apprentice here thinks i am an old man....funny how the world looks when youre 17!!

I have no idea where mine came from. When the pics first started I thought I would have to get one taken to send in, then I rechecked a post one day and there it was. I did see Steve and Barb at the meet in KY last year and at Jimmy's this past Oct., but don't remember being photographed.
No point in making another. I could do a thousand, and still not look any better, unless maybe in a real dark room with no flash.
