Hi Heads, We're celebrating around here. Tomorrow is our 25th wedding anniversary. Lynn and I got married on Saturday April 17th 1976 at 10 am. We went grocery shopping that afternoon. It was a small ceremony, just family. Lynn was divorced, my parents said it would never last. ( I think that was a plot, raised my stubborn streak when things got a little shaky in the early years) After 25 yrs Lynn is retiring and selling her Pre-school and coming to work for Bethel Hill Signs. This ought to be fun. I'll get to be the boss once in a while!! haha I hope. What a long strange wonderful road its been.

(sounds like the interviewing process for your new partner was in the making for 25 years! Now how could you find a better partner than that?)Good luck in years to come!

Congratulations Bill & Lynn! And much happines as you begin to work together in the shop too.
For Janis & I (27th anniversary this June) the secret was to make it official and name her president of the companies we own. That way all decisions are made together as you shouldn't make decisions on your own without at least checking with the president of the company. As Janis was in charge of all things financial and I handled the creative stuff with her input of course this little change worked wonders as we worked together. It is a little thing that has changed my thinking process after working alone for many years. Good for my ego too! We now discuss everything properly and two heads are way better than one any day.
Works for us.
Congratulations on 25 years. May you have 25 more.

I know what a road that can be as Dora and I will be 28 this June. Everyone said we would never last, and I always say we stayed together this long just to prove them wrong. heh heh
I wish you all the best as life partners, and now as office partners.
BTW... Thanks for the e-mail about Dad. Sounds like you and your Dad had one of those days like we used to have. Enjoy every minute you can with him.

BTW Steve, ya skeered me with that picture. That was the grubby end of a grubby day when ya stopped in! Thanks for the advice, Dan. Lynn is incredibly organized, while I am scatter-shot. I'm looking forward to her help! I've made do on my own while she has been busy with her own business. Thanks again Y'all!
