I have a couple HDU signs to do, they are fairly large..I need paper patterns for both. I would prefer the patterns be limited in seams..so someone with a 48in or larger plotter would be prefered. I have the design digitized an could E-Mail about any file format. If you have the ability to pounce, that would be nice. Let me know cost etc. Contact me via E-mail..coover@pld.com Thanks!

Why not just print it out on transparent, blow up to desired size via an overhead projector onto 48"brown pattern paper? I will do that much for you!

How large is large ?? I often use patterns for any size up to 8' x 12' with my 24" roland if some sort of scale work is to be precise. If not, I use the projector method as many of us do. The largest paper pattern I have done was for our local water tower.... this puppy was 16 feet high and 36 feet wide !!! Overlap glued into 6' panels and hand pounced. And, they actually used it !!
(( oh,no !!! I did not climb the tower !!)) The city public works folks did and some guy from Alabama that paints only water towers.

Thanks for the advise Pat & John..there are a couple reasons for requesting the limited seam paper pattern..first, I am swamped with work, secondly, my shop is so full of job orders, I do not have enough space to do the projection method, as the longest sign is 18 ft in length,(the garage is only 20) and lastly, I want to leave the client a pattern, as I will be relocating sometime in the next year and we have a high rate of gang related vandalism in this community. I am in the process of purchasing a used 48 in plotter, but need the patterns now!

"...we have a high rate of gang related vandalism in this community." I read that, then looked at the address - Dodge City, Kansas. Sounds like they nees a return of Marshall Matt Dillon and his deputy, Festus.
