I don't think there is a "Generic Symbol" for what amounts to a PROCESS in which to cook several varieties of meats and or vegitables.Same could be said with "Cajun"foods. Here in the South of U.S.A. we are famous for Bar.B.Que(usally pork)on bread severed as sandwhiches, with Barbeque Sause on top! The Iron COOKER used to create and hold the heat in, also comes in several variaties, some store bought, some home made out of 55gallon drums with hinges and smoke stacks. The way I create that BBQ "look" would be to make a gradual tone letter from red to yellow bottom to top.Similar to the way the Fire looks when cooking the BBQ hope this helps
