Can anyone help me with getting fountain fills from my Corel 9 into my Omega 1.54? I've tried .CMX v5, .CDR v8, .AI, .EPS, .TIF, .BMP. Can these be accurately transfered? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There really isn't a way to do it. And, it has nothing to do with Omega directly. Every program handles gradient fills a little differently. Its done to avoid conflicts in that particular program. I've had similar dificulties when transfering from Corel to SignLab and Adobe Illustrator.
You can design in Corel Draw, then save, then open the file in Corel PhotoPaint, then save as file.bmp. Now Omega will open the .bmp file as an image that can be printed on the Edge. The colors may not be accurate. That gets into the realm of color management. I'm sure we (every Omega 1.54 user) all are on the bottom rung of the color management learning curve ladder.

I don't use Corel 9, so maybe you're talking about a problem I'm not familiar with, but I bring in Gradients (Called fountain fill in Corel)all the time From Illustrator 9 and Corel 7. I save as version 6 in Illustrator, or from Corel 7 saved as cmx. The CMYK values save exactly the same when imported into Omega. Printing colors as they appear on the monitor is another story, but mine come out pretty close. I use a CMYK swatch book for reference. If I'm missing something in your post please excuse me, but it sounds like youre talking about a simple linear or radial gradient fill. More complex ones like the mesh in Illustrator wont import unless rasterized.
