Evening all, I'm planning to use the "Attorney" template from the Signpainters ornaments vol 3. The sign will be saying: Sunny City Mall. Can anyone suggest a color combination for the sign that'll go with the building? Oh by the way, the building itself looks a bit antique...with the colors I mentioned. Go figure. Thanks in advance & have a good one!

Considering the area that you are from and the flair of the building to be (art deco, or spanish influence), the colors should be vivid and contrasting. I picture a sign with teals and goldleaf against a white background with maybe a border (beveled) perhaps? I think grays could play into it. I think I would stay away from maroons (since they would clash with the pinks. If you use any black, it would only work if it was very, VERY subtle, such as a fine offset pinstripe around a block of color. Deep teal would serve that purpose also. I don't know, what do you think?

Thanks guys. I'm gonna give all your suggestions a shot. For you guys to have an idea of how I'd fabricate it, check out the "Lots of sandpaper involved" on the protfolio. Hey thanks always!
