When preparing surface for bonding with Signfoam how much sanding is needed? Just enough to scratch surface or should it be scratched to bare metal?
Also, I know you prefer PB-240 adhesive but could Gorilla Glue be used instead? Their application instructions seem almost identical.
Appreciate any comments.

Just break the surface. Don't go to the metal. Go with Gorilla Glue if you know for sure it'll work. Don't sand the HDU smooth, though. Leave it as rough as it comes.
