Chuck...A picture must be uploaded to a website somewhere on the internet first. Then to post that picture here you have to provide a link to the location on the net where the picture is.
To do that you type in [img] picturelocation [/img] (without any spaces) You cannot specify a location on your computer, the image must be located on a website.

And......Im so mad because My ISP did some changing of servers, my uplink password is now wrong, and after repeated attempts to get them to fix the problem, I still can't uplink a new image.
I can, however, post any of my current pictures already stored on their site...I just can't put new ones on....so I'm gonna have to find another way.
