Hello, do any of you how I can contact the people who make french masters quills?. I have some questions for them. Any help would be great!. Matt

Quill, Hair and Ferrel can most likely answer all your questions regarding brushes. The French Masters such as Raphael were owned by Chromatic and I believe still are and Steve Berman who owned Chromatic, I believe has something to do with Q,H and F.......

I was told quite some time ago that Rapheal manufactured brushes for several american brands that are imported into the US from France. As Joey mentioned the folks at Q.H.&F. can probably answer any questions you have.
