I recently had a hard drive crash on a computer that I use for cutting & subsequently lost my Signlab program (And had no software to re-install it but still had a dongle) A simple email to Cadlink & a gentleman named Mark pointed me in the right direction to a program download and had the appropriate password sent to me.
I purchased this program in 1996 and cadlink was still willing to help me & gave me a revised version with some minor bugs ironed out
Now thats customer support

Andrew..that sounds like great customer suport. I'm just curious why you didn't have the software to reinstall but did have the dongle?
I guess what ya pay SignLab for is the $2 dongle and not the $5000 software?
Anyway...glad you got good service...seems these days that we, the little sign shop, are the ones that provide the good service in order to make a decent living and the corporate giants just take the money and run!
