This is directed at old paint cause I'm sure he'll know the answer
What's the simplest way to do a cuttable outline/ offsett outline on text or graphics in corel. I cant seem to find out how to do it so you can still cut it direct from corel??

At the risk of intruding on Old Paint's territory..
Type a letter. "Contour" that letter. Separate the contour from the letter. Duplicate the contour. Move that duplicate to where you want the offset. Weld the two contours. SIMPLE.
