don't worry troy. when i hosted the december in dixie meet back in 1999 there were a lot of maybes but i still had roughly 60 folks show up! it is only natural to be a nervous.

I wish I could make it, but at this time finances do not permit... Although, I am in definite need of a "Letterhead" fix! So, on that note, put me in the "maybe" column, that way if things perk up around here, I'll treat myself!

That's not unusual Troy. Anyone who has ever hosted a meet has gone thru the same process of sweating bullets. People just hate to confirm in case something comes up.
All I can suggest is that you keep using the BB to let everyone know what a great time you have planned. We'll get your meet posted on the Event's Page and see if we can get you a Registration Form in place.
Letterhead Meets do not have to draw a huge crowd to be successful. With all the big meets happening, it's a real challenge to get out to everyone. Keep thinking positive...they will come!

Similar situation when I hosted the meet here Troy. In the end we had about 120 people show. Been putting the word out via the suppliers? That was the best publicity I got. David
