It's an awesome day here in the middle of the Canadian prairies as well. I think I'll be in a comfortable chair out on the deck in the sunshine this afternoon detail-sanding some dimensional letters. I love working outside.

Yes, a very good day today, weather very cooperative. I went out this morning and painted a landscape on location in the red rock foothills. Then this afternoon, I saddled up the easy horse and we went for our first ride this year. Now I smell like turpentine, leather, and horse sweat... I think it smells wonderful. I think I'll do the same thing tomorrow. LE

Hooray, and it is the first day of spring. Gee, Edna, that sounds like the most awesome day! I finally got finished with the karate studio window! What a nice sunny day out in the little country town, so slow and cozy with maybe 20 townfolk hanging around like a Norman Rockwell.. inside the studio though it was as if I were in Japan! Finally, Gisa got her dream finalized- her own dogo lettered in her very own name, "Ascending Sun"! (as I thought about my letterhead friends Oh happy day, Cheryl!

Yesterday was gorgeous here too, but now we got a nor'easter coming. Mostly rain and wind according to National Weather Service, but the local news weather goofballs are yelling about a "possibility" of snow. I think these clowns compete to see if they can make school districts panic and close.
