I got THE BIG ERASER ordered today and had it shipped overnight so I'll have it tomorrow morning, it's almost 12 in diameter. I have a dozen fleet vans to strip off all vinyl (reflective ) 2 lines @ 12 inch in height with shadow and 7 ft in length 2 lines @ 8 inch in height 4 ft in length w/shadow and at least another 10 lines form in to 5 in and lengths of around 2 ft to 8 ft per van. A lot of striping & I need to do it quickly and with the 12 in eraser and removal fluid that you apply while buffing, this should greatly decrease the labor time. I'll let you all know how the BIG ERASER works, I purchased a new DeWalt side grinder 5/8 threaded shaft to spin that BIG BOY.

Alan..Please do keep us informed on how it works for you! I have tried one of the smaller ones and wasn't real impressed but if this thing works on Large panels and doesn't wear down to nothing after 15 minutes it might be something to look at!

Yo, Davey...................We stock the smaller ones all the time. They really do work great. Are you talking about the Astra or the 3M ones. 3M discs really suck. You really have to have a 4,000rpm unit to make them work. The methodology is also critical to making film disappear fast. There HAS to be something different you're doing from what we do.
Forgot to add, Aladd, I hope you plan on that DeWald moving that disc at 4,000 rpm. If not youse is gonna have a problem! ------------------ St.Marie Graphics & Makin' Tracks Sound Studio Kalispell, Montana stmariegraphics@centurytel.net http://www.stmariegraphics.com 800 735-8026 We're chiseling every day of the week! :^)
