Any care to provide a rough estimate? I know you need to see artwork but lets assume you still have an hour of art setup to do.

I recommend getting a catalog from Americal in Omaha NE (1 800 228 8809.) They specialize in short run stickers.
For example 1000 each 3" x 11" costs 28 cents each ($280.00). As the wholesaler you get a 50% discount. That is a $140 dollar profit. Not bad for taking an order.
They do runs as small as 125 very reasonably.

I'd suggest ADJ Communications (ask for Ralph or Tony). They screen-print and offer digital solutions, and should be able to provide you with a range of options and pricing.
