I last seen Richard at Squaw Valley USA Ski Resort where he gave us the "Grand Tour" of the in-house SignShop he worked at (a pretty cozy gig). His hours were 7-3:30pm M-F and he was living in an "Employee Hostel" but was looking to upgrade to a house nearby. I got the number to the Hostel while their skiing from an employee. Then he gave me another number to reach him when I go up, but when I tried it only goes to a recording at resort reporting weather conditions(?). If you can get a hold of a live person at resort you can track him down. When you do ask him to please call me as well, or get a valid phone number I can call. Good luck!
