I'm not sure if they still do it, but I've gotten rolls of vinyl custom slit at Summa in Seattle. You had to buy the whole roll, and they would slit it for you for something like four bucks a cut. Their number is 800-527-7778.

You can buy a slitter.. Don't know the amount of product you need! But if you like to do your own the I believe these tools come in 3" or 6" or 8" cutters. A Blade with a small pinch roller system.
