These guys seem to be pretty good. Full color one side $60.00/1000 or $72.00 with black and white on the second side.

I use this outfit outta Sacramento... http://www.business-card.com and have been satisfied with their quality and their turnaround time.

Any no-neg type digital press will work... you just send them your "exported" Corel file as a high resolution .tif (300 dpi or better) and you're in business!

Look for the set-up specs at each particular press. I've been sending my cards in 10-up, 8-up or even 4-up format and the digital presses seem to want them 1-up... set up on a paper size just a little larger than the actual card size.

A digital (no negatives straight to printing) press can offer you so many more options in design than the old separated 4-color process plate printing presses. (This means you have a better chance of those cards actually looking like what you want them to without having to be a master of prepress technology.)

In "english" the digital presses have been explained to me that they are basically a giant super sized printer like the one on your desk top... only way better.

Can you tell I've been reading technical "big words lots of fluff" data sheets? ... The looking for the simple say it in "english" side of the Moon

I have also used postcardpress.com several times with great results. They accept tiffs, eps, and native files in corel, freehand, photoshop, etc. Just like Bruce said above, the prices are really great too. You can offer them to your customers with a good profit. Try them out.

One other note about postcardpress... I havent used them yet but plan on it soon, but they also have wholesale rates available..

Now imagine that... $60/1000 full color cards is a fantastic price and you can still sell them to customers for a great profit..
If you get a wholesale rate you can keep your customer's price the same cause it's still so cheap... or offer the savings to your customers, whatever floats yer boat..
