I could never find the time to type in all the addresses I've got. If anyone wants to be in the new book, please email me from my post here and I'll hit save.
I sure would appreciate it! Plus, it should be correct as well!
Thank you all!

?? why don't you save your address book, and favorite list and bookmarks. Both netscape and outlook can import and export these things as well as your entire email history .... and from each other as well

I've been using a proggie named Eudora Pro. It came with my ISP. Going DSL, because of availability options, (one to be exact,) we must go with that ISP.
The "switching over" is bound to lose everything I've grown accustomed to and tons of information...as the ISP's are not even compatible. I was hoping to save 2-3 days of heavy typing. (I am hoping for a miracle.)
I do not use microsoft software because it is usually the target for the virus programers.
Netscape screws up my Internet Explorer.
When I say, "Welcome to the fast lane," I usually point over my shoulder. I was 90 mph and sideways for 27 years. It about took me out. I'm trying to rebuild and my tools are funny lookin these days.
I'm also tryin to find out who my true friends are.
Ya wanna email me your addy, go for it. If not, don't worry about it.
(I don't intend this to be cranky sounding, I just have a lot on my plate.)

It won't help with your e-mail / favorites dilemma, but as browsers go it's the best. Checkout http://www.opera.com . If you like the speed of your DSL, you'll love Opera, which is billed as the world's fastest (I'd agree, BIG TIME). It gets its speed by not having all the overhead that MSIE and Netscape do (Warning to all: NS 6.0 is the anti-christ).
One caveat, you'll get a banner ad at the topof your browser window until you spring for the $39 registration fee. But after using Opera for about a minute, I was more than delighted to pony up the bucks.

Thank you Jim! I'll have to check that out.
I'm gonna have to go with BellSouth (phone company) here. It's a new neighborhood and nothing else will work...they installed a FITL (sp) card...on a fiber optic line. I found there is one other company that can wire us up with that same card, but it costs half as much more. BellSouth has their own software.

Opera fujnctions a bit differently than MSIE and NS, but after getting the hang of it I think its a far better implementation. Very logical, and oh so fast.
