I have gotten a hotel that is not to far from the shop to give us a good rate for the meet.

Letterhead Rate is $57.00/night I have a block of rooms reserved at this rate and you need to ask for the "Letterhead Meet" rate when you book your room.
I have the registration forms made up for the meet,just e-mail or call me and give me your address and I will mail you one. I might be able to e-mail it to you so you can print it out if you want.
Hopefully it will be a good time for all, I have already gotten a good resonce from the letterhead following, so join in!!!!

Fairfield Inn's are nice. We stayed at one for Jimmy's meet in Georgia.
As for suppliers for door prises, try some of the magazines. Most of them sent something for the Migration.
