Roger, I sent emails to the mail@rapidtac.com account, and got a notice back that the mail could not be delivered. I sent you my tshirt entry twice with no response. Let me know if any of them came through so I can try again. Thanks

So far I vote for Stephens. . . .it looks Great..'cept git rid of that crummy gold squeegee. . . git a good stiff white one like that comes free with certain brands of vinyl; only they wear out fast . . .that design would look tough on the Co. trucks also - Carl

Roger...A suggestion... Have "Rapid Remover" imprinted on the hot pink squeegees! They work great for scraping of that adhesive.

Ouch, Slap the face of anyone who took the time to get it in by the deadline.
Was stated didn't need finished art just the design to look at to decide on ... guess you didn't like any of the ones you got ... or is it that you didn't get as many as you thought you would (then I could kinda understand) Does this mean we have to wait almost another two weeks to see the other entries?
Not at all trying to be petty about who won / will win ... personally I did it for fun (first project I used my new (Christmas) pen tablet on) and really can't care that much about winning (still want a winning t-shirt and gallon though)
When do we get to see the rest of the eye candy?????
Kinda feel like I bought a concert ticket ... drove a long way to get there ... then found out it was posponed because maybe other people might like to buy ticket.
Oh, and I'm not trying to pick on your post "A" ... can't wait to see yours too

Let's punish the late entrants (myself included) by not sending them the bottle of Rapid Tac... unless they win, of course.=)
I definitely appreciate the extra time. I was just gonna drop out of the race because I ended up just getting way too busy and simply did not have the time to work on anything.. I woulda hated to cut into my sleep time cause it's been down to about 3 hours a night for the past couple weeks, working the other 21 hours!!
Now I have a chance to get back into it!
Hey, there's still time for you other timely guys to submit more artwork, and since you've seen what's been submitted thus far it should be pretty competitive. =)

Well I sure appreciate the extra time...I know a lot of us have a lot of work to do and entering contests, altho fun and challenging, takes second priority when making ends meet.

Mark, I definately did not slap anyones face ! We just EXTENDED our deadline cause someone asked us to, as they have been very busy doin the regular thing. We are in more of a hurry then you, but wish to give you all a chance to enter. One of the nice things about bein me is I can postpone deadlines for "real life events" Never did like living up to some preconceived expectation, that wouldn't have changed the world anyway. Sorry you didn't enter to win.

And I hope Mark isn't mad at me for asking.....all I asked was, is there still time? If he da said no, I'd have accepted that....would have pouted a bit, but I'd have gotten over it.

OH NO, I'm not mad at anybody (waste of emotion) Didn't say I didn't want to win, just wasn't the only reason to enter. That's like saying the ONLY reason I work in this business is the money. (anyone want some expensive helvetica lettering) I just was reeeeally looking forward to seeing the other entries ... and probably wouldn't have posted mine so early. don't want a cookie ... want eye candy

It's like buy a Lotto ticket and the judge says their is not enough tickets sold to cover the cost and will extend the time frame.... PLEASE DON'T JUMP ON MYSELF YET!... This is a Fun Contest and do appreciate the
EXTRA TIME FOR OTHERS AND MYSELF TO SUBMIT AGAIN.
It's Rogers game so he can make the rules.
Once again Good Luck to everyone! There are some very nice pieces of work out there.
I would be proud to wear a T-Shirt with any of them on it!!

Roger Please believe me when I say "I am not making a agruement about this.."
You said that in your first post on the contest the latest date was Feb 28 th.. I know this as this was my 25 Anniversary date... I don't care if you extended it any longer as this is your project!!!!
I have seen to many good designs to know that I didn't win and I am going to get on with my work.
I have no hard feelings and wish the best for everyone!!!!

Its just that when someone throws out one of those "negative" (and out of context) statements, I like to bring some clarity and "balance" to it ! I didn't try to " disquise" the orig. "final deadline" Just wanted to "go out of my way" to allow some others the oppertunity
The deadline was a short one because, I had promised t-shirts to several folks. But I forgot to check our supply, since we were out, I figured this a great time to "do something new"(we only GIVE these shirts away)and I have always been the one that designed the art ! I have found my designs somewhat boring, figured we would look at something new, have some fun, and pay a fair reward, this being offered mainly to the folks here at LETTERHEAD. Now you have the "story in depth"

I'm just having fun. Now I can submit another one I had an idea for. ONe thing though, in my opinion, I wouldn't show any of the entries until all are in. No other reason than to just make the anticipation build up to the end. That's the reason I didn't post mine before. Then at the end of the contest, show em all together along with the winner. The entries I have seen are really good ones, so this should turn out to be a hot contest. Looking forward to it all.

I had sent an entry in earlier and asked for a reply to ensure that you received it. I didn't get a reply, so I'm going to post my two entries here just in case...
I've provided links to both low res and high res versions for both entries as there is detail that doesn't show up in the smaller images.
