Glenn, The previous owner stored all files and worked off of a RW cd. No problem until we started getting the upgrades. When I bought the shop, I started creating files and folders on the harddrive and only pulling up previous customers layouts, then saving to a new file. We started losing layouts. Files totally gone. I finally got a Omega tech to admit that there was a problem in this area and not work off of RW's. There is a glitch where files will be totally wiped out. I have since burned a Writeable so I don't lose anything more.
