I am teaching my daughter how to handcut masks for airbrushing. My vinyl scraps got inadvertantly tossed when we moved here. I found 3 small pieces and she plowed through them already. My students are interested in learning how to do this as well. I have yet to justify a plotter, but am hoping their interest and my business will do this in the near future.
We would all appreciate anybody who would be willing to go the trouble to send us some. Thank you in advance for any kind replies.

Yes, I did John! Yours was the first! I replied...did you not get the addy? I even clicked the notification verification box. I can resend if needed.
I came down after dinner and found your reply, and hollered upstairs to Emily..."Guess what, John Deaton is sending some!" I could hear her go woohoo! She came racing down to see for herself and was jumping around all excited. Then when Robin replied she said, now, I know why you like these guys so much. They care about art!!
Her schools, elem, middle and high school, have pretty much trimmed back on art classes. I had to pitch a fit with the principal to get her into art classes in high school. I told him, "Well, your computer hasn't seeen this child with a brush between her teeth and a wild look in her eye and surely hasn't seen any of her work!" She hadn't had an art class for 6 years. He gave in and got her into one. She was so excited, she gave it all she got.
She came home one day and said she couldn't find her stuff when the teacher hung the class' projects up on the wall. She cried and cried that night.
The next day she came home and said, "Mom, guess what? When I got off the bus this morning, I had to pass the main office and my pictures are in the BIG case, right by the office!" She couldn't have been any prouder that day.
Thank you John and Robin, again. I'm very grateful you replied, and even more so that you took the time to fill our humble request.

Linda I got to thinking yesterday how I have a nieghbor who is a teacher right next door. She was thrilled to get some scraps when I offered. There was a time when I was begging scraps (lol) from my sign friends, now i'm looking for places to store them. Heck, now i'll give them to her for the kids to use in thier art projects! Cool idea. (ps, I would have sent them to YOU but looks like you got that covered) have fun! A

Thank you so much for thinking of me Adrienne!
Yes, the kids get really excited when somebody donates something they can use. Emily is not the only one who got shafted by the lack of art classes down this way. All these kids are talented and took it hard when the funds got cut. Some of them came by yesterday and this morning as well. They dropped their jaws when I told them I got responses right away! They got itno a discussion about how much trouble it would take to do what you're doing, how much they appreciate it, and determined that you guys really do care. I just smiled and nodded and wished blessings on you guys again! You've made my group so happy!

I'm learning the airbrush myself. I have wrapped the hose around around many a wrist, and everyone of these guys got that wild look in their eye! I've been trying to get this place in shape so I could host a meet for airbrushing. All the kids are excited about it.
I got out in the garage and pulled some stuff outta the way so I could get to my easel. (Oh! How I've missed my easel!) My strength is returning so it won't be long and I can roll aound my table and fire up the paint again!
I am so excited!
My husband has some more boxes to go through and it's evident we're going to have to have a yard sale...hehehe! No, not just his stuff, hahaha!
