Well, thanks to John Stagner I'm up & running.
Check this out: A client sends me this file & its supposed to be ready to use. I find that not only its not ready, but they sent a 4 color design for what will be a 1 color screenprint. ALSO, they didn't design it to the size the job will be.
After reading Doug's "Bid" post I'm thinking: How can I write that we accept ready to use files, & that files that need cleaning up will be fixed automatically & billed @60 bucks an hour?
I want to put this right under the copyright stuff on my work order.

Hiya Felix, This is a link to our digital printing specs. I'm working on something similar for vector files. It should be ready in the next couple of weeks. http://www.purpose1.com/digitalspecs.cfm

That rocks Checkers! It should be emailed or faxed to every person requesting to submit their own files, as well as posted permanently on a web site for reference.
Felix, I hope some day we see a program that can open ANY file and convert it to ANY other format. That's the stock I want to buy!
