oh so tired! And I'll tell you why. I've been painting up a storm in that livingroom! Done as of midnight last night!
I LOVE it! And now that Mike sees it, he's crazy about it. Doesn't miss his forest green at all, the one thing we've been stumbling over for only the last 4 years! I hate to say I told you so, but I did anyway!
So as I look around our wonderful new room, I feel like keeping it empty until I can either clean, paint or replace whatever is inside that room! LOL! But since I can't do that, it's all moved back until I catch my breath to do something about it.
As for goalkeeping, if anyone wants to keep up the little tradition, please feel free. I think I'll give it a rest until the New Year or ? Any takers? Would be nice for someone new to volunteer for a week at a time, get a different perspective on what's on their own 'to do' lists in their minds.
I'll post pics of the room when I get new batteries for my camera. Lost my rechargable ones in Nanaimo and haven't gone to Costco in ages for normal ones.
I'm so tired, I feel like breathing is a major effort. Not good with a heavy workload, but it has to be if I want major time off between Christmas and New Years.
Dan, I'm too lazy to visit your posts to respond. Your shop is incredible!!! The panel has found the ultimate home. I'm LOL about your large project stuck in your bay area. Curious as to how you'll deal with that one, but you'll find a way.
Kissy, I'm swooning over your shop in progress! What plans do you have for shelving or ? on the walls with them being angled?
Time to get moving. 3 firetrucks and a firehall front door and all afternoon cutting for another truck waiting for me. Sigh.. zzzzz
Not sure if I can do one everyday but I'll be happy to come up with several.
That okay with everyone?

Donna, I was up in the shop the other day looking around, right now I'm waiting for my inside stairs to be done. It'd be nice if it would get above 30 degrees here too. I have general ideas about the shop, but not much more. I plan to spend some time walking around once it's quiet and get a real feel for the area and start marking where the walls will go. Everyone keeps telling me to draw a floorplan. NO. When I spend quiet time alone, it'll just come to me where everything will be. As for the goalkeeper, my current goals are to finish Christmas shopping (down to my parents & I'd rather spend a day with my dentist than shop for them), get my house in order for the 2 Christmases we will have here Christmas Eve and get ready for our trip to 'bama. I felt for you while I put my tree up. I took a few things off the walls, decided the living room walls looked horrible, so I ended up scrubbing the ceiling & walls. I thought about painting too, but decided that will wait til I tear everything down in January.
