I saw something similar in a "yard art" deer a couple of days ago. I thought "man, is that ever clever!" The wheel on the side of the motor is attached to a rod, which makes the head go slowly up and down.

A moving deer statue - in Tennessee ? YeeeHah! That old boy what owns that there deer can collect a ton of bullets out of him, I'll bet!
I have an uncle in Idaho that has an old log out on his back 40 under a few gunny sacks and with antlers nailed onto one end, and he goes out every couple years and digs out a couple hundred pounds of lead. Of course, he wouldn't be caught dead out near that thing in season. Or, well...yes he would!
