This is a long shot but I'm looking for help from anyone using this software. The problem is when I apply a 150 degree bevel to a piece of welded script containing six letters, the software is not correctly calculating the final path for the router. However if the letters are not welded, but done individually, it works fine. The problem of course is that where the letters meet, they then do'nt have a proper concave finish. It's clearly a bug in the software ( not the first one either). I'm awaiting a reply from the software people, however I'm under pressure to finish a big job and if someone out there has a workaround in the meantime, it would be great

Hiya Kevin,
I'm not familiar with the program, but it may not be just the software. If found that when I weld certain fonts, the fonts themselves cause issues.
If you have the ability to do so, take a close look at the nodes on the font. Sometimes when you weld fonts, the nodes at a weld may end up too close together. This cause errors when the software tries to interpret the path. If you delete the unnecessary nodes, the problem my be solved.

Havin' fun,
