Just had a call from a customer wondering if I had a product called Identa Color. In talking with him it sounds like it's the old Chartpak or LetraSet kind of rub off lettering. The it's laquered over to seal it. But maybe specific to customizing and lettering guitars? I know there's a bunch of musicians out there in Letterville...are you familiar with this product?
