I'm sure you all know the ramifications of not backing up your work. Hitting SAVE has become a way of life for most of us. Well, it takes losing a valuable file to realize how important this function is.
I lost many files a few years ago when my computers were stolen. Luckily I had most work saved on floppys back then so it could have been much worse. Today I have a tape backup system, and I've even gotten lazy with that. Use to do it daily, now if I remember once a week I'm doing good.
All it takes is one good power surge, one break-in, flood, fire, you name it. So, back it up TODAY.
