Got anything hanging around that needs to be filed away? I challenge you to pick a pile Wednesday and see if you can get rid of it so you never have to lay your fingers on that paperwork again. Kudos to you if you do more than one pile!
I print out a copy of all my invoices for a separate binder. I haven't even touched 2003 yet... yech... I think I'll maybe pick a different smaller pile.

Well today I couldn't stand the pile of leaves that was lining my driveway. It's gone now!
There is still that big pile of branches from pruning the trees however... maybe next week.
As far as the office stuff.... I'm still building the shelves.

i'm(well my loving husband)is a day ahead! last night he went thru the garage like the true cool organizer he is...honey what is this? do you need this? why is THIS here? how can you work like this? can't you put things back? he's awesome...i came out and went wow! he showed me where all my sandpaper is now stored in one place(not everywhere) my paints, tools, clamps...you name it. sometimes things get so overwhelming i don't know where to begin...so i don't. he's much better at it than i am...he calls me his little mess maker. these are my weaknesses...but i do have strenghts..really i do...i'm serious....well i do.

LOL!!! You too, huh? My husband walks into my office once in a while, just shakes his head and turns around and walks out. I always tell him it's my father's fault, I have half the contents of his 4 bedroom house and his whole studio in here! I'm doing my best to decide what I really need to keep and have been giving the rest away.

I'm with Lotti, Karyn, send your hubby over here after Lotti's place!! Mike's actually good at cleaning stuff, he's just not allowed in my shop is all.

hey, hey, since I'm my own boss (and that's nice), I have to answer to my piles of stuff, and projects. The angel on the right shoulder tells me that it's a beautiful mess to clean up while the little stinker on the other reminds me there is another creative mess to get into when that is finished! today, the sign jobs delivered, and tools and paint and vinyl put away, trying to get into bed at a decent hour is the challenge! (dishes done, tax papers need to be located to get that return!)
