My customer just brought me a small unprinted sample of reversable reflective vinyl. It is white, reflective on the adhesive side and non-reflective white on the non-adhesive side. It looks thin (3 to 4 mil , just a guess). He got it as a sample from a company that makes labels. I don't have the name of the company. I will call them and see if they will share this info, which I will then share with you, but has anyone here ever seen this stuff? Thanks, DD

I remember your earlier post but not all the details so this may be a rehash.
You can purchase sheets of optically clear adhesive that has no tape carrier. I think MACTAC is like this. You put this on the face of the reflective to make it "second Surface" and then you stick something white to the adhesive on the back of the reflective to get rid of the wax paper. Tedious but it should work. Keep us posted on your research. Vic G

I ran into this with a customer who wanted me to make decals for their fire dept to hand out, that go on windows indicating where childrens are sleeping... the company that they can order them from have these... i told him to order them there because of not being able to source material... i would like to also know, how they do dat!
