I would think that anyone with $300,000 is already established via satisfied "word of mouth" customers! As it is YOU that is the business,the geographic location is of little matter. Did you have an "ASSEMENT" done to come up with this selling amount? Being in the same situation,I find that I will be merely "relocating" myself,while selling nothing more than buildings and land!

Prescott is a Great place.. I would be really Intrested Bob but my Ex-Wife won the state of AZ in the Divorce so I cant move back there. (She had a Really good Lawyer).. but 300k is about normal for that part of the state. North Scottsdale Basically.
