We are running a lot of decals on our Edge. Some of the runs are quite large (1000+) We have not been able to figure out a way to set a page break during the run so you don't end up with just one long strip of decals. We have been setting up for about 30, and then re-starting the run over and over, which is very time-consuming. Any advice??

are you setting up one row of decals to fit inside the 11.8" height limitation, & then doing "repeats" of that file in GSPlot?

maybe you could do a file with 30 tightly spaced decals on it in Omega & then create the larger "page break" space just before the last row.

then you could "repeat" this file of 30 decals in GSPlot & the page break would always occur every 30 decals.

Maybe there is a way to avoid ripping the larger file that a 30-up page would need to be, but if it is not a rastor image, this method may work for you.

You can set how many up you have on each pass and then set how many repeats. I haven't used an edge in a while, but check your manual under repeats?

Doug Allan nailed it for you Laurie.

How're you making out with your EDGE? Good to read that it's being kept busy.

Sorry we couldn't make it back to Saskatoon this fall...planning something for the spring, I hear.
