We made it! Barb and I are in California with Si & Marty Allen.
The flight went great Jackie. No problem getting on the Toronto to Denver leg. In fact, the plane only had 27 people on it. The plane from Denver to LA was packed, but they managed to find a couple seats for us.
Si scooped us up at the airport in his work van and is currently cookin' up something in the kitchen. Guess who is babysitting da bird?
It's been a long day for both of us. Barb is passed out on the couch and I know I would be out like a light if I closed my eyes. If I can manage to hang in a bit longer, we may even have some HeadTV later tonight.

Glad to hear ya made it OK Steve n Barb!!!!!! Enjoy the warm weather!!!!
By the way...I am a bit concerned about Steve and Si being together in front of a computer.... Does this mean that I will hear on the news tomorrow morning that there was an overload on certain "educational" websites that caused them to melt down and that authorities are narrowing the problem down to somewhere in Southern California????????

Steve tell Si "Mar Harba", just knowing those two words opened some doors for me in New Orleans,(and I was in Algiers Parrish) hope Si makes you that dish he made for us when I went there, ah man it was DELICIOUS! Say hello to Marty, and what do you think of his African Grey? hahahahahah I kept checking my pager when I was there. anyway have fun see you all soon... p.s. are you guys having a cigarette contest?
