I can think of a hundred good reasons why I miss being home. Janis is the number one reason.
She called me today with another piece of good news...
The FKAB sign panel arrived today. The trucker passed through town at 3:00 am this morning. I guess he thought better than to ring our doorbell at that time of day. So he took the panel 30 miles down the road. Janis is picking it up this afternoon.
I'm guessing it arrived safe and sound. It will sit in my studio, still wrapped until I get home in another three-four weeks... unless I get a trip home sooner.
And when I do get to open the package it will be like Christmas!!!!
Thanks again to all who were involved in that cool project! I now have a perment reminder why its so great to be a letterhead!

It sounds like you want to take a breather & jump back home for a day or two Dan. It's understandable if that is the case. Of course, I tend to want to be at home most of the time anymore.

What good news! I'm really happy that the FKAB panel has arrived, hopefully safe and sound. It's safe delivery has been on my mind for weeks.
Keep an eye out for reports of the project in this months issues of "Sign Craft", "Signs Of The Times", "Sign Business" and "A Magazine About Letterheads". I wrote an article on the assembly for "Sign Business" which should be in this months issue....if not, then the next one.
Thanks once again to all the wonderful folks who stepped up to make this a dream come true! Also to Steve and Barb....it wouldn't have happened without this web site!
I hope it's arrival will get you home a little sooner.....I'm sure your family misses you.
