I'm printing decals with the Roland PC-600 and the red and blue spot colors are printing ok. When I use the white ribbon I only get coverage of about 80%. Has anyone experienced bad ribbons from the supply house? Yes, I only have the one white.

Thanks
Dan

The WHITE prints OK generally on CLEAR vinyl, but on any medium to dark colored vinyl, it is generally not as opaque as you'd like. You may have to "double print" the white, or use white vinyl and print the balance of colors on IT.

Bob,
I should have noted that I'm printing on the clear vinyl.

Thanks
Dan

Orcal intermediate clear takes the white very well. Haven't had luck with ANY other vinyls.
