Just when I thought my week couldn't get any better, look what arrived in the mail!!
For any of you that haven't had the pleasure of meeting Bill Riedell, you are missing out! I met Bill at FKAB, and he is just the best. He is helping me to learn hand-lettering, and he actually photographed pages out of a lettering book and mailed them to me, along with this painting! What a wonderful surprise!!
Bill is just an unbelievably talented man. I just couldn't believe his portfolio. If you ever get the chance, sit down and look through it. He does the most amazing carvings I've ever seen.
Bill, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for this gift. It really means alot to me!

Bill gave us the opportunity to scan his portrait photos at FKAB. There has to be almost 70 Letterhead portraits in that file! With Bill's permission, we hope to produce a slide show for all to enjoy someday soon.
