After seeing some of Richard Busamante's work, I was wondering if there were any plans that anyone might know of for a glue chipping seminar for beginners?
It is such a beautiful craft and there seems to be so little of it being done today. I know that stuff would sell here in Great Barrington.
Anybody think this could happen?

Fred Self's March letterheads meet OK city, OK! We drove to it last year from Maine, Awsome! Great people! When it comes to glass art this is the place to be!

Maybe call Pete and Marj at Canadian Signcrafter Supply. I'm not sure if he's planning another one, but I took a fantastic course with Pete.
Actually, glue chipping, as complicated as it appears, isn't really that hard to do. Basically, you create your mask, blast etch the glass, melt and apply the glue then wait for the magic to happen.
Here's a link to Mike Jackson's Signcraft article using asphultum as a mask. It can also be done just using paint mask.
