Hi Barry Most Movie Prop Shops do these. But You Can Do this. To Start with Flat ABS then Cut to License Size. Next Rubber SandBlast Tape Anchor / Hartco Ect. Next Cut the Raized Outline & all lettering on your Cutter or Hand Cut. Spray Everything then Hand all Lettering and outside edge. Or what is apporate in your State. [Cool]

You could always try State Corrections Department. [Wink]

But seriously....

What type of license plates are you lookng for -- Flat 0.040" aluminum, embossed aluminum, 0.023" Polyethlene, 0.055" Polyethlene?

Also, what kind of quantity?
