Terry Pull a dime out of your pocket, and tell me if (You Designed This) that it doesn't enfringe on your copyrights...? Or any TradeMarking of it! To many assume that (A Pizzing Calvin) is the Norm
So this one has gone to a higher level on design copy.

I've changed my mind. I agree that the Bluenose is a very recognizable image and would warrant limiting it's use for commercial gain.
Other than where the boat builder is concerned, I don't see how the Bluenose is a "design". Does the government hold the trademark on the design of the dime or any image of the Bluenose whatsoever.
Didn't you have a picture of the Bluenose on the Banner across Canada?
