Pretty cool looking, inviting, buttons are easy to find. Not sure about the scan lines over the collage. Kind of takes away what the customer is ultimately there for...to see your work, even if it is only a small portion.
Looking forward to seeing more.

The scan lines don't bug me as much as the height of that collage, it shifts the content further down the page and detracts from the navigation buttons at the top a little bit.

Nice looking welcome page, but I found my eyes draw toward the beach scene in the right immediately. Removing the scan lines would lessen that effect. Other than that, the layout is great and the colors are beautiful. Vibrant, but not harse on the eyes. Look forward to seeing the final results.

Nobody's said it yet, but the thing that caught my eye was the hand pointing off to the left (off the page). If that image is going to stay in that position, an edit to flip that hand would keep the eye directed toward the massage.
